You’ve decorated your eggs, chosen the perfect sides to accompany the Easter ham, and even ordered the cutest Easter baskets, but one thing is still missing—a treat for the Easter bunny. Skip the carrot this year and bake a batch of one of our delicious Easter cookies with your kiddos. Easter-Egg Cookies are as pretty as those dyed eggs you’ve been working on. Let the kids get in on the fun and decorate their own. Mix up pastel-hued icing for them to use and let them have at it. Display their works of art on a large white tray so the colorful eggs really pop. Lemon Meltaways are a sweet treat that everyone will love. Roll them in powdered for a sweet finish. They taste even more delicious when paired with an after-dinner cup of coffee. Our Hummingbird Oatmeal Cookies are a quick and easy riff on our classic Hummingbird Cake. The cookies capture all the delicious flavor of the original in a fraction of the time. There are plenty more sweet and seasonal Easter cookie recipes to choose from—all of which are sure to please.
