Located off the sunny coast of Georgia, the Jekyll Island Club Resort recently opened a new oceanfront hotel, and the beverages offered there are anything but ordinary. Because very few craft cocktails exist on the Georgia coast, these unique drinks were created specially for the Jekyll Ocean Club.  Join lead bartender, Chris Gantt, as he takes us through the process of making these impressive, specialty thirst-quenchers. The Southern Peach Old Fashioned is first on the list of exciting cocktails. It’s complete with smoked peach simple syrup, and a large ice sphere that keeps the drink refreshingly cold to counteract the Southern summer humidity. If you prefer rum to whiskey, the Lilikoi Mai Tai may be your cocktail of choice. It features delightful, homemade pomegranate purée foam. Skip the straw when sipping this spectacular beverage because it’s better to drink every layer at once! Lastly, no cocktail menu is complete without a tasty margarita, and this one definitely doesn’t disappoint. The flavorful, house-made jalapeño syrup gives the Fuego Margarita the perfect amount of spice. Cheers, y’all!
