Seasonal Fruit Galette

Apples (filling can be any seasonal fruit)

Galette Dough:
8 oz. cake flour
8 oz. all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 lb. butter
1 lb. cream cheese

Combine flours, salt, and sugar. Cut in butter and cream cheese. Bake at 325˚F until golden brown.
