Summertime calls for cool, creamy desserts that don’t require a lot of fuss. That’s why we love crumb crust pies. There’s no pie dough to roll out, they can be made in almost any flavor you choose, and only require minutes in the oven—if at all! Some of these crumb crust pie recipes are completely no-bake. That way, you can whip up a crowd-pleasing summery dessert without even breaking a sweat. Although these pies are a breeze to assemble, several of the recipes require time in the refrigerator or freezer to chill and set completely—perfect if you’re looking for a make-ahead dessert, but not ideal if you’re in a hurry and looking for something that can be put together at the last minute. And if you think all crumb crust pies are made with plain old graham crackers, think again. These crusts are made with a variety of ingredients, including pretzels, gingersnaps, honey-roasted peanuts, and more.
