It's called "Yours If You Want It."

Gary LeVox, Joe Don Rooney, and Jay DeMarcus (who together make up Rascal Flatts), knew almost immediately that "Yours If You Want It" would be the star of their upcoming album. And when the song's co-writer, Nashville legend Andrew Dorff, passed away unexpectedly on Dec. 19, just three days after his 40th birthday, the single took on even greater meaning for the award-winning trio.

In an interview with USA Today, bassist DeMarcus described the premiere of the song as "bittersweet"

"We've been working really hard and we're very proud of this track and what's more, the late Andrew Dorff is a writer on it, and we are so honored to be a small part of making sure his legacy lives on," DeMarcus, the band's bassist, said in a statement. "We have a special angel watching over it, for sure."

With its poppy beat, catchy lyrics and plenty of room for the group's signature harmonies, we're certain the song will do just fine on its own, but a little divine intervention never hurts either.
