Katherine Wolf’s Perspective On Life Is Truly Inspiring

Who Is Katherine Wolf?

Katherine Wolf and her husband, Jay, are speakers, authors, and co-founders of Hope Heals, a non-profit ministry that is "disrupting the myth that joy can only be found in a pain-free life." Their books are Hope Heals, an account of her survival and newfound life, and Suffer Strong: How to Survive Anything by Redefining Everything. The Wolfs also created the Hope Heals Camp for families affected by disability. Originally from the South, the couple currently live in Atlanta, Georgia.

How She Approaches Pain And Healing

Suffering was something Katherine understood all too well. Her wounds and pain went beyond the physical, and they started to take a toll on her heart. Her agony was not something that could heal overnight. She shed her coat of fear and met God in the messiest part of her life. Just as Katherine's perspective shifted, her heart shifted too as she realized the true meaning of hope.

In order to overcome the hardship bearing down on her, Wolf completely redefined healing. Katherine says perspective is a choice: "Whatever happens to you in life, whether it's bad or great, it's how you respond to it that matters. It's how you think about it."

Although pain has made its way into every aspect of her life, she continually chooses to fill in those gaps with hope and wears her scars with humble honor. Her perspective on life is unmatchable, truly living each moment to its fullest potential. Katherine's child-like joy is contagious. She's encouraging to everyone she meets, unwaveringly brave, and unapologetically fearless. She's uplifted daily by Romans 8:28, "And we know in all things. God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose."

Her story is one that resonates so deeply as she inspires others to choose hope amidst life's darkest moments.
