Free coffee for helping local police do some good in the community? Yes, please!

This year Dunkin' Donuts and Alabama law enforcement agencies are celebrating National Coffee Day by teaming up to support a good cause.

On Friday September 29th between 5 a.m. and 11 a.m., in event they are calling "Cops at Donut Shops," local law enforcement will be greeting guests and collecting donations for Special Olympics Alabama at various Dunkin' Donuts locations throughout Alabama. And, as part of Dunkin' Donuts' National Coffee Day celebration, guests who purchase a medium, large or extra-large cup of hot coffee will receive a medium-sized hot coffee for free. Yes, please!

You can find participating Dunkin' Donuts locations in Birmingham, Dothan, Huntsville/Decatur and Mobile.

That's not all. Alabama Dunkin' Donuts are also marking National Coffee Day by donating 500 pounds of coffee to the American Red Cross' disaster relief efforts. This week alone, Dunkin' Donuts franchisees from across the country will donate more than 14 tons of coffee to the Red Cross. See you there, ya'll!
