Located in the heart of Atlanta, Georgia, Chick-fil-A’s groundbreaking Innovation Center focuses on digital technology that will ultimately improve customer experience. The 6,000-square-foot building is home to several test kitchens, where employees and owners are able to simulate and practice everything from checkout lines to drive-thru capabilities. On days when drive-thru innovation work is tested, guests come in and ride bicycles through the line! This allows for accurate practice without the added pressure of cars in the building; each guest is even assigned a specific personality for the day.
