Now known as The Estate at Cherokee Dock, the 13,000-square-foot colonial mansion on 83 lakefront acres in Lebanon, Tennessee, is poised to host everything from grand weddings and retreats to corporate events.
The property boasts a pool, tennis court, spa, lakeside dock, chef’s kitchen, movie theater, eight-car garage, equestrian facility, picturesque landscaping and seven oversized guest rooms, each of which pay tribute to a different country music artist.
The venue is the brainchild of Nashville businessman Deron Lichte, who purchased the estate from McEntire in 2017 for $5 million.
“As soon as I saw the property, I immediately fell in love,” Lichte said in a release. “It’s such a unique and beautiful home, and thanks to Reba’s efforts, it’s truly an iconic piece of real estate. I am excited to share The Estate at Cherokee Dock with the public and to witness some of the incredible experiences that I know will be created on this property.”
