On Meghan Markle's recent jaunts through London and Toronto, walking hand-in-hand with boyfriend Prince Harry, her glowing skin was on full display. Though being in love does work wonders for the skin, the actress's radiant and luminous complexion isn't a result of her one-year relationship with Britain's most-beloved royal bachelor. No, when it comes to putting her best face forward, Markle revealed that her secret beauty weapon can actually be found in the drugstore.

Despite having access to high-end, designer beauty products as a celebrity, Markle relies on the super cheap Nivea Skin Firming Hydration Body Lotion to firm and tighten her skin. The former model and Los Angeles native admitted that she's used the lotion since school, long before she made her first appearance on USA's legal drama series, Suits and then captured the heart of Prince Harry

"I use this religiously," Markle told Beauty Banter. "It's honestly my favorite lotion on the market. It's so affordable, and makes my skin look and feel amazing. I would buy a case of this at a time if I could find it."

Hey, if it's good enough for a potential princess, then surely it's good enough for the rest of us budget-conscious beauty addicts.

The must-have body lotion Markle swears by is priced at a mere $14.99 for a large container. Its smaller counterpart (6.8 fluid ounce) only costs $5. How's that for dirt cheap beauty buys that make you look like a million bucks?

We should also note that Markle and her prospective sister-in-law (fingers crossed) Kate Middleton have a lot more in common than an affinity for royalty and the same black lace Diane von Furstenberg dress hanging in their closets. The Duchess of Cambridge, who is currently pregnant with her third child, also stocks her beauty arsenal with an affordable Nivea product—Visage Pure and Natural Moisturizing Day Cream.

In addition, Markle, 36, was gracious enough to share more of her tried-and-true beauty tips with Daily Express. Fortunately, her other two secrets for glowing skin won't cost you one red cent or countless hours spent in front of the bathroom mirror.

"The first is to drink a lot of water—it changes how you look," she said. "But I often forget to do it because I prefer wine!"

She added, "The second is to smile, because everyone looks prettier when they're smiling."
