"Ain't it funny how life changes?" A few years ago, Thomas Rhett Akins and wife Lauren Akins were a regular married couple. Now, the unstoppable duo have quickly been catapulted to country music royalty.

The past few months have been—in a word—bonkers. In May, Lauren and Thomas adopted toddler Willa Gray from Uganda after meeting the adorable little girl through their work with 147 Million Orphans. In August, the couple welcomed baby Ada James to the family. In September, Rhett's new album, Life Changes, hit number one on the Billboard 200 chart (the first country album to do so in 2017). Now, with October in full swing, Lauren has some exciting news of her own.

The chipper mama of two and philanthropist has partnered with DIFF Eyewear to create her own custom sunglasses. Announced yesterday, October 4th, via instagram, DIFF will also be donating $100,000 to support 147 Million Orphans, a cause clearly near and dear to both Akins' and Rhett's hearts.

The oversized sunnies come in four colors and are the perfect balance of chic and sassy. If we do say so ourselves, hubby Thomas Rhett looks quite dashing rocking them below. But hey, where's baby Ada James' pair?
