Season 5 of 'Fixer Upper" is in full swing on HGTV, and we're already getting a little nostalgic spending time with the Gaines crew during this fifth and final season. Now, we've got a new reason to swoon for the First Fam of Waco, thanks to a touching post Joanna Gaines shared on her instagram.

"I've been cleaning out my attic all week and am still knee deep in organizing and purging. Reorganizing has been a bit of a chore but getting to go through my kid's baby clothes, childhood keepsakes and old pics has been a nice walk down memory lane," began Jo's heartfelt post. "Just found these two pictures of my grandparents... He was Lebanese and she was German, they had nine children and were married for 64 years. My grandmother had Alzheimer's towards the end of her life and my grandad never left her side."

With fans sharing comments like "the stories behind photos are the best part of them" and "family roots truly run deep" alongside touching notes telling their own stories, we hope Jo gets the hint and continues to post more poignant family tales and photos.

And if a picture is worth a thousand words, it's clear the poise and warmth memaw and papaw radiate continues to live on in their darling Jo.
