“I have a connection to this land, and it feels right,” says Jennifer. In 2017, the native West Virginian joined Once Upon a Farm, a company that’s dedicated to making organic, cold-pressed blends for kids. She had a vision to convert her beloved family property in Oklahoma into a farm growing fresh fruits and veggies: They’re planning to kick off their first growing season with kale, blueberries, and persimmons. “Getting homemade food in the hands of busy moms is important to me,” says Jennifer.
