The stars of HGTV's 'Home Town' will soon welcome baby Helen to the family.

It's been a crazy year for Laurel, Mississippi, residents Erin and Ben Napier of HGTV's newest hit show, ‘Home Town.' Now, on top of starring in the series and running home goods store, Laurel Mercantile Co., things are about to get even busier for the couple: They're expecting their first baby!

In a candid, emotional blog post, Erin opens about her fears about becoming a mother and how she broke the news to Ben (spoiler alert: an hour after learning the news, Ben already started on a sketch for the baby's crib). At the end of the lengthy blog entry, Erin wrote: "She's a girl and we will name her after my grandmother. My prayer for Helen is that she will be brave and kind. I pray that she will not be bullied the way I was, and that she will be a protector of the ones who are."

In two poignant sentences, she concluded the piece, "Thank you for making me a mother, Ben. Thank you for your heart and your love that's big enough to carry Helen and I both, and for holding my hand every step of the way."

Currently, Erin is approaching the seven-month mark and reports that "it has been thankfully a healthy and easy pregnancy." We're wishing the couple all the best, and we're certainly excited to see how Helen's crib turns out.
