Between the endless buffets of holiday joy being served up by Hallmark and Lifetime, our Christmas movie calendar has been jam packed since Halloween. Honestly, we thought there was no more room in our schedules (or hearts) for yet another heartwarming flick. But that all changed the moment we watched the trailer for Netflix's new original Christmas movie, A Christmas Prince.

The tagline alone is enough to hook you. "Royalty. Romance. And a really handsome prince. He's her most important assignment to date."

The movie is essentially a reimagining of The Prince & Me (love it) with a little bit of The Princess Diaries thrown in and a whole heap of Christmas cheer on top. What more could you want? The plot centers around Amber (Rose McIver), a New York City reporter who gets sent to Aldovia to work as a fake nanny, but really she's there to get the dirt on the infamous playboy Prince (Ben Lamb).

And the best part of all? It's available to stream now!
