Inspired by ingredients that are often included on charcuterie boards, this sweet-and-savory snack mix includes gourmet crackers, dried figs, pistachios, Parmesan crisps, and even crispy baked prosciutto chips. Each bite is a flavor adventure, whether you’re on the porch or speeding towards the beach as fast as you can. Ingredients 1 (3-oz.) pkg. thinly sliced prosciutto (about 6 slices) 1 (5.3-oz.) pkg. gourmet cranberry-hazelnut crackers, broken into bite-size pieces (such as Lesley Stowe Raincoast Crisps) 1 cup smoked almonds 1 cup salted, roasted shelled pistachios 1 cup dried Mission figs, stems removed and halved (from 1 [9-oz.] pkg.) 1 cup Parmesan cheese crisps (such as Whisps) (from 1 [6-oz.] pkg.) Directions Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper; top with prosciutto, spacing evenly apart. Bake in preheated oven until crisp, 10 to 15 minutes. Let cool completely, about 10 minutes; break into bite-sized pieces. Stir together prosciutto pieces, broken gourmet crackers, smoked almonds, pistachios, and halved Mission figs in a large bowl. Stir in Parmesan crisps just before serving. Rate it Print
