She is the editor of three James Beard Foundation Award-winning articles and one that received an outstanding article award from the American Society of Journalists and Authors. She's appeared on the TODAY Show, MSNBC's Thomas Roberts, Dr. Oz, and more. Experience Brierley previously served as Food & Nutrition Director for Cooking Light magazine and was the long-time Nutrition Editor at EatingWell magazine. Her work regularly appears in Southern Living, as well as EatingWell, Better Homes & Gardens, Livestrong.com, and All Recipes. She is also co-host and co-creator of the Happy Eating Podcast, a podcast that breaks down the connection between diet and lifestyle, and mental wellness. Education Brierley holds a master’s degree in Nutrition Communications from the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Vermont with a double major in Dietetics and Nutrition & Food Sciences.
