The Little Dixie Cook's Buttermilk Biscuits

Ingredients:

  • 1¼ cups brown rice flour
  • ½ cup sweet white sorghum flour
  • ¼ cup tapioca starch
  • 1 tsp. xanthan gum
  • 2 tsps. Kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. white sugar
  • 6 tablespoons (frozen) unsalted butter + 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 cup fat-free buttermilk
