Captain Larry Credle plows the marshlands, dragging a net, and teaching you all about shrimping. In addition to the wild Georgia white shrimp, he might pull in 5-foot-wide stingrays, horseshoe crabs the size of tennis rackets, baby hammerhead sharks, or cannonball jellyfish. Whatever shrimp is caught, he boils for you to taste. It doesn’t get fresher than that.
