The man entertaining them, Carlos Otalora, is a DJ from New York City who found an audience for his spicy rhythms right here in the South. His company, Latinsoul Productions works parties year-round in Alabama.

Carlos picked his 13 favorite songs for a special iTunes playlist.

  2. "Rebelión," by Joe Arroyo
  3. "Aguzate," by Richie Ray and Bobby Cruz
  4. "Puerto Rico," by Frankie Ruiz
