What to Order: Tuna Old Fashioned, a Bourbon Country-inspired twist on a classic tuna ceviche. Chef Anthony Lamas marinates rosy chunks of fresh tuna in locally made soy sauce and Kentucky bourbon with orange and a little pineapple. He calls it Southern Latin. I call it Worth a Road Trip.
