Sensibly Seasoned Turnip Greens With Potatoes And Mushrooms
Serves 8 (1/2 cup servings)

2 (14.5-oz) cans GLORY FOODS Sensibly Seasoned Turnip Greens
3/4 lb. redskin potatoes, cooked and cut in quarters
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced 1/8-inch thick
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. black pepper, ground

1. Heat a 10-12" nonstick skillet until hot. Add the olive oil and immediately add the cooked potato quarters and mushrooms.

2. Cook, stirring occasionally until the potatoes are browned, and the mushrooms are softened and slightly browned. Stir in the black pepper.

3. Add the GLORY FOODS Sensibly Seasoned Turnip Greens and stir until they are well mixed with the potatoes and mushrooms.

4. Heat until the GLORY FOODS Sensibly Seasoned Turnip Greens are simmering. Serve immediately with GLORY FOODS Hot Sauce.
