Meredith helped me make “wet pack” by shoveling some sand into our water bucket. Then I used both hands to add the wet pack on top of the base. After slapping the sand down, Meredith told me to gently wiggle my hands back and forth to secure the sand in place. You should do this just hard enough to leave handprints behind.
