#2: Famous beignets from Café Du Monde

For the first time ever, we've asked all the folks here at the magazine to submit their favorite food finds--from the finest dishes in the most elegant bistros to the best inexpensive snacks at grab-and-go stores. To help hone our list, we did require a discriminating palate: Each person could only choose one place in a single location for each category.
