It's always been a priority for us to make timeless design both affordable and easily available to our readers. As a result, we've worked with Lexington Home Brands to create The Southern Living Collection, an extensive line of wooden and upholstered furniture.

Because we wanted to base our collection on some of the South's finest furniture, Southern Living Homes Editors have traveled with Lexington Home Brands designers to visit house museums, antiques shops, and private homes throughout our region. The designers have drawn nearly 100 versatile pieces, many of which are patterned after classic antiques, yet all are suited to contemporary lifestyles.

Lexington uses alder, a fine-grain wood, as the material for our chests, armoires, tables, and beds. Three beautiful wood finishes are available. All are compatible with a full range of wood tones. Marble, metal, and hand-painted finishes are among the many available options. Upholstered pieces are offered in a full array of Lexington fabrics and leathers.

Over the past several years we've expanded and evolved The Southern Living Collection. Our second major group, Azalea Road, presents classic 18th century designs in a unique dark cherry finish with golden undertones. Each new piece communicates the sense of comfort and style that's associated with Southern Living.
