Project Plan: Footstool
This super simple stool is a great project to ignite your woodworking passion.
By Derick Belden

Difficulty Rating (one hammer is least difficult, four hammers is most difficult)

It only takes five pieces of lumber, some finishing nails, wood glue, and wood putty to craft this stool. Additionally, only a few tools are needed to build it.

The piece measures 17 inches long, 10 3/4 inches wide, and 13 1/2 inches high. Painted a fun color, kids could use it at the bathroom sink. The footstool is lightweight and could also be a stylish step up to get something off a high shelf or even placed in a corner to support a plant.
