Build a home that will grow and adapt to the changing needs of a family. Antonio Flamenco says Cedar Creek works well for a household with young children or teenagers or empty nesters. The right side of the house, with its two bedrooms and game room, could also accommodate elderly parents who need assistance but want to maintain privacy. There's even a separate garage on that end of the house. The guesthouse could also serve as rental space for a college student. "It's the idea of recycling the house through people's lives," Antonio says. "The design opens the door for people to use the home in many ways."
