WW Weekly Check-in
Just thought I would start a thread for those of us on WW. Hope everyone is doing well and staying within their points or guidelines. I posted a good pasta salad recipe on the food board - just 3 pts per serving. Would love to hear from anyone else on the plan.

Getting Into the Swing of Things
As a busy mother of two teenagers, Denise Oliver has learned to thrive on a fast-paced schedule while also playing her new favorite game--tennis.

Take on good health: My definition of healthy is when you take care of yourself mentally, physically, and spiritually.

Fitness fun: I decided to take tennis lessons about six years ago. It's definitely my favorite activity.

De-stress secret: I do a number of things to unwind, such as praying, reading a book, playing bridge, working on crossword puzzles, or just sitting quietly in my surroundings.

Pretty inside and out: I do a lot of things, such as taking an occasional afternoon nap, using sunscreen, or getting manicures and pedicures.

Interesting tidbit: My greatest role models are my parents. They gave me a solid base to face whatever came my way and have always encouraged me to make my own choices.

Denise's big picture: I try to find balance. I'm a type A personality, so I have to decide what I really want to do before saying yes to something. When I do this it allows me time to truly enjoy everything around me.
