Meet Naomi, Denise, and Donna. Each has a different lifestyle, but they do share one thing in common--they know how to keep it real when it comes to being healthy. Here's how they stay on top of their games.

Pedaling With Purpose
The YMCA loves Naomi Muchiri, and not just because she's one of their popular Spin teachers. Naomi, a Kenya native who now works at a television newsroom, donates the money she makes as a fitness instructor to help Strong Kids, a YMCA charity benefiting children in need.

Take on good health: I am healthy if I have uplifted someone else while working on myself. It comes full circle for me.

Fitness fun: Teaching Spinning classes with all the proceeds going to the YMCA is the greatest decision I ever made. I get to motivate my students and at the same time a child has a chance to go to summer camp.

De-stress secret: I volunteer, and I exercise. I don't know how to unwind--and I mean it!

Pretty inside and out: Exercising always makes me feel good about how I look.

Interesting tidbit: I founded an organization after visiting AIDS clinics in my home country. It's called Hope for Mary in memory of a 2-year-old girl I met. The goal is to get volunteers to visit Kenya once a year and look into the eyes of all the little Marys and offer hugs and smiles.

Naomi's big picture: I have so much hope for all of us. I hope to see myself at a shelter or on a bike, still making a difference in the smallest ways. If I'm making a small difference with the strength I have today, then I will be moving mountains 10 years from now.
