Fall is here! The warm days of summer give way to cooler weather and heartier food. Likewise, the wines you'll find yourself reaching for this time of year will also have a bit more body and assertiveness (again, echoing the food). This recipe is a perfect fall recipe--rich, meaty flank steak with a robust relish packed with diced tomatoes and chopped olives. Look for bigger reds such as Shiraz from Australia and Rioja from Spain--two of my favorites.
