Scott's Wine Suggestion:
These flavorful pork chops get their Tuscan flair from a tangy splash of balsamic vinegar (Tuscany is famous for, among other things, balsamic vinegar). Add in other Italian favorites such as garlic, capers, and tomatoes, and you have a recipe that's custom made for Italy's Sangiovese (used to make Chianti). If you're new to wine, why not give your favorite Merlot a try.
