Recipe: Shrimp Rémoulade
June 2003: page 212

Scott's Wine Suggestion:
This recipe is custom-made for summer. June is the perfect month for shrimp with its slightly sweet taste of the sea. When you add the creamy rŽmoulade, you have something that deliciously refreshing and full of flavor, yet not too heavy. The wine you choose should embody these same elements--clean fruit flavors with a touch of sweetness to complement the shrimp and ever-so-spicy rŽmoulade, yet enough acidity to cleanse and refresh the palate. These wines will do the trick without slowing you down.
