Scott's Wine Suggestion:
"If you like red wine, it doesn't get much better than this for
a wine and food pairing," says Scott.
- Look for blends of classic Rhône grapes (Syrah, Mourvedre, and
Grenache) as well as classic Bordeaux grapes (Cabernet Sauvignon and
Merlot). Rosemount, Penfolds, Lindemans, and Peter Lehmann offer
some of the best wine values under $12.
- Brut, Rosé, Iron Horse, Sonoma, California ($25) is a dry
sparkling wine that's tough to beat when combined with steak for a
special celebration.
