Here's the perfect summertime recipe for the grill--meaty sirloin topped with a fresh salsa. You need a red with plenty of fruit, body, and soft tannins. Remember, big, tannic reds make hot foods seem hotter). Here's a chance to use your favorite Merlot or, if you're feeling a little adventurous, try Zinfandel, my favorite warm-weather red.
