Scott's Wine Suggestion:
This recipe is the ticket for full-bodied whites such as
Australian and U.S. Chardonnays, as well as classic whites from the
Rhône Valley. The hearty, grilled chicken and rich, creamy polenta
will need something with a little more body and structure. Lighter
styled whites such as Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Grigio just can't
deliver.
