Not many things can beat the comforting goodness of good ol' fried pork chops. This recipe isn't fancy, and there's no need to get fancy with the wine. However, before you head to the wine shop, remember that the chops are fried. So you'll need a medium- to full-bodied wine with good acidity; this will help cleanse the palate and stand up to the pan-frying of the chops.
