Scott's Wine Suggestion:
The creamy pasta sauce and pan-fried turkey cutlets require a wine with good acidity and a medium body. The clean acidity of these wines assists in cleansing the palate and cutting through the richness of the sauce. However, the medium body of the selections keeps a little balance in the pairing, rather than allowing the wines to get completely buried by the sauce.
