There are a number of things to consider when searching for just the right wine to pair with the Grilled Shrimp With Tropical Fruit Sauce--the sweetness of the shrimp, mangoes, ginger, and peach nectar; plus the heat of chili garlic paste. You'll need a white wine which complements the tropical fruit flavors, but also helps combat the heat of the chiles. There's no shortage of great white wines, but you might want to give this selection a shot. The Vinho Verde from Portugal is particularly fun because of its great value and spritzy quality.
