* Recipe: Sesame Pork

Scott's Wine Suggestion:
As with smoky barbecue, Asian food, which also tends to have
pronounced spicy and salty flavors, is best paired with a fruitier
wine with a touch of acidity. In this case, you'll also need
something that complements the pork as well. Riesling is a wine that
will not only complement the pineapple and ginger in this recipe, it
will contrast the recipe's soy sauce as well. The popularity of
Riesling is growing, so there are a number of bargains on the
market, particularly those produced in the state of Washington:
- Hogue, Johannisberg Riesling, Columbia Valley, Washington
- Covey Run, Riesling, Columbia Valley, Washington
- Kiona White Riesling, Columbia Valley, Washington
