This recipe is the ticket for full-bodied whites such as Australian and U.S. Chardonnays, as well as classic whites from the Rhône Valley. The hearty, roasted chicken needs something with a little more body and structure - something lighter-styled whites such as Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Grigio just can't deliver.
