Barbecue is almost universally loved, and this North Carolina-influenced recipe is sure to be a party favorite. The chopped pork gets a sweet and zesty boots Honey-Mustard Barbecue Sauce. An easy-drinking red is in order here--one with lots of ripe fruit and soft tannins. I'm particularly fond of Zinfandel with barbecue--it's an All-American wine and food match made in heaven.
