Don't let the infra-red cooking system intimidate you--it's actually
the latest in grill technology. We tested a model that uses propane to
produce thousands of tiny flames in ceramic ports. The ceramic that
forms these ports absorbs energy from the flames and glows like
charcoal, evenly directing infra-red radiant heat into the food and the
stainless steel cooking grate. It takes about 5 minutes to heat up.
Hot air, which dries out food, is vented to the back, leaving food
incredibly juicy. Grease drips burn off without flare-ups, giving food a
great grilled flavor.
Keep your eye on the food. Cooking times are cut almost in half.
This product is made to last and is a lot of fun to use.
