Make your own Teapot Cake:
1. Teapot Cake
2. Creamy Frosting
3. Teapot Spout, Handle, Daisies, and Butterflies

Guests at Rebecca Edgar's annual springtime tea party (see Let's Have a Tea Party, also on page 112 of the April 2004 issue of Southern Living) in Opp, Alabama, delight in the centerpiece: a yummy teapot cake. Preparation is not as hard as it looks. You don't even need special pans--just 2 (1.5-liter) ovenproof bowls. If you love the idea but aren't into cake baking, take the photograph and recipe to your favorite bakery.
