Champagne and chocolate--a divine pairing, right? It may seem like a crazy idea to combine them into a luscious chocolate sauce, but our Test Kitchens did it. This idea inspired others on our staff, and soon we had two cocktails to share with you.
Did you know, all Champagnes are sparkling wine, but not all sparkling wines are Champagne? One quality indicator of sparkling wines is the phrase méthode champenoise, which means "made in the style of Champagne," on the label.
