Follow these easy steps to make Sweet Potato
Pockets, and enjoy divine results.
• Lightly mist wrapper with water. You may also use your fingertips to
moisten the wrapper.
• Scoop 1 Tbsp. mashed sweet potatoes in center of wrapper. We used a
melon baller to get just the right amount of potatoes on each wrapper.
• Fold 2 opposite corners together, forming a triangle. Press edges
together to seal.
