What's For Supper? Savory Omelets and Scones
Start the evening the way you normally start the morning--with a hearty breakfast. It's a change from the normal dinner staples and is ready in a snap.

With omelets you have an easy meal in your hip pocket. You can even customize the filling. Substitute leftover rotisserie chicken or roast beef and almost any cheese—Cheddar, Swiss, or mozzarella—you have on hand. Try another herb for parsley. Add a side or bread, and dinner is ready.

One Swift Dinner, Early-Bird Style
Serves 4

1. Smoked Chops-and-Cheese Omelets
2. tangelo (orange) segments dipped in vanilla yogurt or a green salad with Ranch dressing
3. Sparkly Cranberry Scones, frozen biscuits with raspberry jam, or garlic toast
4. serve iced coffee or tea

Tasty Experiment
