Successful Substitutions
- Uncooked dried pasta of similar shapes can be interchanged in recipes if it's measured by
weight, not by volume. Check packages for weight, or use a kitchen scale.
- Cooked pasta can be substituted cup for cup. One (8-ounce) package dry pasta yields about 4 cups
cooked pasta.
