If you have no idea what you're cooking for dinner tonight, these selections are for you. We've shaved off prep-time by using tasty jarred products such as salsas and salad dressings to create scrumptious and healthy suppers.

Quick Supper Ideas
  • For a kicked-up sandwich spread, stir a little basil or dried tomato pesto into light or fat-free mayonnaise. Pesto is also great whisked into vinegar and a touch of olive oil to make a tangy salad dressing or marinade for chicken or pork.
  • For a really quick meal, cook lean ground beef or low-fat spicy sausage; drain. Stir in a jar of pasta sauce (pick any flavor you like). Add a splash of red wine; simmer until heated through. Serve over pasta. Sprinkle with shredded Parmesan, Asaigo, or Romano cheese.
