Cooking for a fantastic and healthy spaghetti and meatballs recipe? Well, you?ve come to the right place. We know most everybody loves this comforting combination, and we?ve come up with a surprise variation--meatballs prepared with ground boneless, skinless chicken breast instead of ground beef. The moist, tender rounds simmer in a rich, white, mushroom cream sauce. Serve a big ladleful over hot cooked pasta. For good measure, we?re including a zesty crostini appetizer and a colorful salad with tasty dressing. Then top dinner off with cool and citrusy Orange Cream Pie--it couldn?t be simpler or more satisfying.
