Joyeux Noël. The calendar proclaims it's time to call a halt to the preparation and planning as you settle down to enjoy the holiday. So gather family, invite friends, kick back, and relax--Cajun style. Share a marvelous meal, sit around the fire, and exhale. After all, it's Christmas Eve.

Pepper Parade
When you take a staple ingredient of Cajun cuisine and celebrate it in a room's decor, peppers become the star. Find packages of peppers in assorted sizes and colors at warehouse stores. Add clusters of string lights for a little lagniappe, and you're good to go. Use only one element, or put together the complete look. It's fun and easy to assemble.
